MEET PASSPRO
A 90-second introduction to our services and the experience Chad Johnson and Henry Vargas bring to your operation.
DOT compliance starts with how you operate, what the regulations require, and whether your records support it.
A driver qualification file needs more than an application. Hours-of-service records need to agree with supporting documents. When an inspection identifies a defect, the follow-up needs to show how you addressed it.
At PassPro, we review driver files, hours of service, drug and alcohol programs, and maintenance records. We provide mock audits, private inspection-readiness reviews, and training for intermodal, petroleum, and hazmat operations.
When we identify a problem, we explain the applicable requirement, the correction needed, and the documentation that supports it. You get an agreed scope and written findings.
Henry Vargas brings more than twenty years in intermodal operations and safety, with leadership in the Texas Trucking Association’s Safety Management Council.
Chad Johnson, Certified Director of Safety, brings twenty-one years in transportation and fourteen years leading operations and safety. He also serves on the board of the Houston Council of Safety Professionals.
If you’ve got an audit coming, unresolved inspection findings, or a training need, call us. Let’s look at what your operation needs.

Private readiness reviews identify driver and equipment concerns within the agreed scope. Your team receives findings to review with the people responsible for repairs and operating decisions.
The estimator uses the rate for your total truck count across all trucks in the visit. Volume discounts can reduce the total when you enter a new band. Your confirmed quote establishes the final pricing and scope.
Travel is $0 at 50 driving miles or less from 77044. Beyond 50 miles: $2 per mile for the full round trip. More than 100 trucks? Ask for a quote.
Driver and vehicle inspection support modeled on the Level I roadside inspection process. Review driver requirements and key vehicle compliance items to improve readiness.
Review driver requirements and visible vehicle compliance items through a walk-around inspection, without going underneath the vehicle.
Your quote will identify the Level I or Level II review scope, truck and trailer count, whether trailers are included in the rate, the findings to be provided, and any travel charges. Travel charges apply only when the service location is more than 50 one-way driving miles from ZIP 77044.

Out-of-town travel: $2.00 per mile for the full round trip from ZIP 77044 when the service location is more than 50 one-way driving miles away. No mileage travel charge applies at 50 miles or less. Tolls, lodging, airfare, and extraordinary travel expenses, when required, are quoted and approved in advance.

PLAN YOUR INSPECTION VISIT
Enter your truck count, check the driving route from ZIP 77044, then enter its one-way mileage.
A ZIP code identifies a location. The travel charge uses the miles driven to that location.
Use the one-way driving mileage for this visit to calculate inspection and travel costs.
Estimate only. PassPro confirms the service scope, location, route, truck count, and final price before scheduling. Extra travel expenses and any applicable taxes are excluded.Request a confirmed quoteTRAINING TOPICS AND JOB DUTIES
